Refunds

If you paid $4.99 and the HD file will not download, or the file you received is corrupt, email support@passokay.com within 14 days. Include the receipt code shown after payment. We will refund the charge or send a fresh unlock.

A refund is not available because an agency, consulate, or pharmacist rejected the photo. The check is an estimate, and the terms say so before you pay. We also do not refund because the preview was watermarked. That is the free state of the tool.

Card payments are refunded through Square. Bitcoin payments are refunded only when a refund is operationally possible on that invoice. Write to us either way and we will say what we can do.
