This template is a 4 × 6 inch sheet with 2 × 2 inch photos and cut lines. It is not a government form. Print it at actual size, then cut on the lines.

These checks are estimates. They are not an acceptance decision, and PassOkay is not a government site. Head height is guessed from the chin and forehead, so nudge the crop if the guides miss the hair.
Six photos fill the sheet: two across, three down. The lines sit on the shared edges. A drugstore printer should be set to 4×6, borderless, with auto-fix turned off. If the printer scales the image to “fit,” the photos will not be 2 inches.
The same tool makes other sizes. A 35 × 45 mm visa photo gets its own count, with a margin when the photos do not fill the sheet. Canada and Australia passport photos are not offered as templates.

How to do it
- Crop the face first. The template repeats whatever crop you approved. Fix the head size before you download the sheet.
- Download the 4×6 JPEG. 1200 × 1800 pixels, 300 DPI. It is watermark-free only after unlock.
- Cut on the lines. A paper trimmer is straighter than scissors. Keep the cut inside the line so the photo stays full size.
Questions
Is this an official passport template?
No. It is a print layout for photos that are already the right size. The government does not issue this sheet.
How do I print the template?
As a 4×6 inch photo, actual size, no extra crop. Then cut on the guides.
Can I reuse the template for a visa?
Change the document to the visa you need. The sheet rebuilds around that photo’s millimeter size.
